These terms and conditions only apply for consumers.

Payments
You pay via secured payment systems. Lignes Bleues receive online payments from VISA/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payments will be deducted from your account when the product is being processed.

Purchase
At Lignesbleues.dk you will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

Lignes Bleues reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

Lignes Bleues reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Delivery
Lignes Bleues deliver your products with either GLS or DAO. Shipping cost for delivery in Denmark is 39 DKK and for other countries it is 100 DKK. However, please be advised that local taxes and import taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs.

When you order products for above 500 DKK in Denmark then you will get delivery for free. If you order products for above 1.000 DKK and need delivery to another country then Denmark you will then get delivery for free.

Return
As a consumer you have an opportunity to return your product in case you change your mind. We offer 14 days from the time that you have received the product. You shall within the 14 days notify Lignes Bleues

that you will use your right to return and then return the product. However, the right for return only apply if the product has not been damaged. All postage of return shipment is paid by the customer and returns happens at the customers own risk.

Please contact us at contact@lignesbleues.dk and reference the order number if you want to use the right to return.

Refund of amounts can take up to 14 business days.

Complain
When you purchase products at Lignes Bleues you will have 24 months right to make a complaint.

You need to complain within a reasonable time after you have detected the error or defect. If your complaint is justified then you will be able to have the product exchanged, get a refund or get a proportional discount depending on the specific situation.

If the complaint is justified, then we will refund your (reasonable) cost that you have had in regards to your return of the product. The product shall always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for your return delivery so we can refund your delivery cost.

When you return your product please attach a detail description of the issue/error/defect.

If you and Lignes Bleues does not find a solution then you can send a complain to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg through the Complain portal for Nævnenes hus

Please be aware that before you can send a complain then the product or service that you want to complain about shall exceed an amount of at least 1.100 DKK and maximum 100.000 DKK. It will cost a fee to get your complain processed.

If you live in another country, then Denmark you will be able to complain at the European Commision Online Dispute Resolution portal

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
